The calendar officially reads May and we couldn't be happier after a damp winter and early spring in Seattle! Sunny skies and blooming flowers means it's high time for garden party season! We created this clever garden party for corporate clients and rooted the experiences around a lush al fresco vibe, a fabulous springtime tasting menu, and fresh pops of color. It was a delightful feast for the senses and was oh-so delicious!

Here are three tips for creating a stunning and delicious garden party bar cart (creating one clever impact moment can set the scene for a fabulous party!):
Use a unique piece of furniture to anchor your bar. We used a centuries-old European wooden cart as our welcome station, giving the perfect al fresco Italian vibe upon guest entry.
Welcome guests with two choices of beverages. Always serve up a refreshing mocktail alongside a cocktail! You want all guests to feel welcomed and know that you've thought about them!
Go bold with flowers! We used big bunches of orange tulips, green viburnum, and thyme in wicker vases and pretty tomato cans (how fun are the wrappers?). Creating brushes of bold color will most definitely feel delightful and perfectly al fresco!
