‘Tis the season for dusting off our favorite crystal punch bowl and mixing up our merry punch! It’s a favorite for our holiday parties – especially game days! It only takes a few ingredients and with the fresh cranberries and mint leaves it’s perfectly festive!

Recipe for Valley & Company’s Merry Punch:
1 liter of ginger ale
2 bottles of good champagne
1/3 cup of mint leaves (barely muddled)
1/3 cup of frozen sugared cranberries
Squeeze of lemon juice – 1-2 tablespoons to taste
To omit the alcohol, swap out the champagne with cranberry or orange juice. We also like a good apple cider to be paired with ginger ale!
Barely muddle mint leaves and place into a punch bowl with the frozen cranberries. Add ginger ale and top with chilled champagne. *We don’t recommend adding ice to this punch as it can dilute the bubbly. Serve immediately.
Pro tip: freeze cranberries, mint leaves, or orange slices in distilled water in mini bundt cake pans – or cupcake liners. As they thaw in the punch bowl the punch becomes even more beautiful!
